We have some really wonderful exciting news to share! Seng Piow (Rinpoche's personal assistant) has been in contact with the owner of a very prestigious newly-built hotel in Malacca which is two hours drive from KL, Malaysia's capital city.
The 720-room Hatten Hotel will be officially opened soon with ministers to officiate the ceremony. The hotel's owner has agreed to place R
inpoche's books in each of the 720 rooms to represent the Buddhist text!
Rinpoche's much-awaited, revised book The Promise has been a great seller and a huge hit. 250 English and 250 Chinese copies (totalling to 500 books!) will be placed in the special suites and bigger rooms.
The remaining rooms will have copies of "Peace", "Be Greedy", "Why I Make Myself Unhappy", "If Not Now, When?", "108 Ways to Grab My Apples", and "Vajrayogini and Other Sacred Power Places in Nepal" will be placed in every single room...as we type, 3000 books are being delivered to the hotel!
